Easter Day with the UFE Community
On April 4, the French Consulate of Shanghai felt a bit different than usual — lighter, louder, and full of energy. Kids running across the lawn with baskets, parents catching up over coffee, and that relaxed spring atmosphere that only comes with events like this. And our team was happy to be part of it again, supporting the UFE community behind the scenes.
Early Start, Quiet Work
Before the Crowd
Before the families arrived, it was a very different scene. Our team was on-site early in the morning, working with the organizers to get everything ready. Setting up tents, mapping out spaces — nothing complicated on its own, but it all needs to come together properly. Especially for an event like this, where everything should feel easy and natural once people arrive.
Letting the Event Feel Effortless
Once the event started, the focus shifted completely to the families. Kids were busy with egg hunts and games, while different corners of the space slowly filled up — picnic spots, activity areas, small groups chatting here and there.
That’s usually the goal for us: if everything feels smooth and nobody notices the setup, then we’ve done things right.
Why We Like Supporting Such Events
We work in logistics every day, but events like this feel different. It’s not just about moving things from A to B — it’s about helping create a space where people actually enjoy being.
Working with UFE over time, there’s also a sense of familiarity. We understand how they organize, what they need, and how to support them without overcomplicating things.
See You at the Next One
By the end of the day, the energy said it all — tired kids, full picnic tables, and people not in a rush to leave.
We’re glad we could be part of it, and we’re looking forward to the next one.
